ANSWER: Wlkmslm. Yes, it is true, urine is considered unclean and we must not pray while wearing clothes that are unclean. Clothes exposed to unclean must be washed by washing them until the taste, color and smell are gone. Dry by itself means it is not washed first and it is still unclean. Allah knows best. *
