DDHK News, United States - The leading Muslim organization of the United States (US), the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) or Council on American-Islamic Relations provided the Mushaf Al-Quran free for anyone who wants to verify the lies that anti-Islam advertising campaigners on buses installed by anti-Islam groups in Washington, DC.
"We encourage people who see Geller 's fake advertisement and defamation to visit' Explore the Quran 'on the CAIR website to request a free Quran manuscript so they can read it for themselves," said Nihad Awad, Director of CAIR, in a statement Thursday. (15/5).
Pamela Geller is a major supporter of the anti-Islam group that places anti-Islamic advertisements on the buses.
"Anyone who reads the Koran will find that Islam respects Jews and Christians because of its belief in one God and calls on all people to live in peace and harmony," he added.
The advertisement on the bus alleges that the Koran encourages Muslims to hate Jews. Geller's organization, Stop the Islamization of America (SIOA), was designated a “hater” by the Southern Poverty Law Center (SPLC).
The SPLC also described Geller as a member of an "anti-Muslim inner circle."
