Wa'alaikumussalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
Just like we do wudlu. So, it can be helped to be washed with water on the limbs that must be purified.
- Intention is still carried out by the sick, in the heart.
- Members of the body that must be cleansed are assisted in ablution by watering or at least rubbing it on all members that are obliged, at least: face, hands, part of the head, and both legs.
God willing, it can be practiced.
