The Law on Telephone Devices and Masks Still Wearing Around the Neck during Prayer

1. Sometimes we forget, when praying the bluetooth handset and sometimes the mask is still hanging around the neck. Sometimes too, we forget that there is still something in our pocket. How is the prayer? Is it legal?
2. What is the law of wudlu which is used to pray 2-3 fardlu prayers? For example, it has not been canceled between Maghrib to Isha 'or if you are doing qadla and reciting prayers.
