When you have found halal food, you should feel it is enough to eat it. You should stop before you are full, because a full stomach hardens the heart and dulls the mind, and burdens the limbs for worshiping and seeking knowledge. A full stomach will even strengthen lust and help the devil's middleman.
Being satisfied with what is lawful is the cause of all evil. Moreover, full of food that is haram.
Therefore, looking for halal food is obligatory for every Muslim. And, doing worship or seeking knowledge by eating unlawful food is like building a building on a pile of garbage.
If you feel that you have had enough in a year wearing only a coarse garment and have had enough in a day and a night with two slices of coarse flour, and you are able to abandon the delicacy of curry, then surely the halal food is sufficient for you.
Actually, there are many lawful assets. You are not required to examine down to the smallest of things. In fact, it is sufficient for you that you avoid things that you already know for sure that the treasure is haram or you think that it is haram with clear clear evidence on the treasure.
As for assets that are clearly haram, it doesn't need to be explained anymore. Assets that he considers haram with several signs are, for example, the property of kings (who are wrongdoers) and their employees, as well as the property of people who do not have a job except only mourning the dead, selling wine, or sharing with us by means of usury or buying and selling flutes and tools. - musical tools and the like. Whoever you know with certainty that most of his assets are from haram sources, then what you take from his hands (even though it may be lawful) is haram, because that is what he thinks is unseen.
Among the assets that are clearly haram are waqf assets that are eaten without complying with the conditions, such as a person who does not really recite the Koran, so it is forbidden to take property (or food) which is specifically donated to a knowledge claimant in a madrasa. Whoever does immorality, all his testimonies will be rejected (his creed). Likewise, it is haram to take assets in the name of Sufism (for people who are not authentic Sufism) from the wealth of waqf that is dedicated to them.

Keeping the genitals
You should guard your genitals from anything that is forbidden by Allah Ta'ala. You should make yourself like the class that is characterized by Allah Ta'ala in his words:
وَالَّذِينَ هُمْ لِفُرُوجِهِمْ حَافِظُونَ
إِلَّا عَلَىٰ أَزْوَاجِهِمْ أَوْ مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُهُمْ فَإِنَّهُمْ غَيْرُ مَلُومِينَ
“And those who guard their genitals, except for their wives or the slaves they have; then in fact they are beyond reproach. " (Surah Al-Mu'minun: 5-6
And you cannot guard your genitals unless you guard your eyes (from seeing what is haram) and guard your heart so as not to think nonsense and keep your stomach from food that is profane or excessive (in eating that which is lawful) because all of these are the driving force for lust and are because the initiation of lust.
