3 Characteristics of Sincere People

DDHK. ORG - Dompet Dhuafa Hong Kong (DDHK), Sunday (23/8/2020), held an online study, using the Zoom application. The study presented by Dai Cordofa, Ustadz Jajang Aisyul Muzzaki, has the theme "Sincerity: Clarifying and Purifying Our Intentions Only Hope for the Ridha of Allah Ta'ala".

Ustadz Jajang conveyed 3 characteristics of sincere people. Namely, having the same feelings when dealing with other people's responses. "When being criticized he is not angry, and when praised is not proud," he said.

Other characteristics, do not feel meritorious for the good he did, and always hope for rewards in the hereafter and believe that the world's problems will follow by themselves.

As a Muslim, Ustadz Jajang emphasized, we must be sincere in our daily life. That way, he said, a Muslim and Muslimah will always be istiqomah in every problem faced.

For a Muslim and Muslimah, her success always makes her grateful. Conversely, if you fail, immediately self-reflect and be patient.

Worldly failure, for a Muslim and Muslimah, does not make his heart waver, because his heart has relied on Allah.

Ustadz Jajang also revealed two basic principles of charity. That is, if we leave charity because of humans, that's riya. Meanwhile, if doing charity for humans is considered shirk.

"So, don't be afraid to get excited, keep on doing good regardless of what people see," said Ustadz Jajang. [Iffah]
