DDHK News, Hong Kong - Welcoming Isra Mi'raj Nabi Saw's commemoration on 27 May 2014, the At-Thaha BMI Hong Kong Council held a nasyid, hadroh and speech competition, Sunday 9 and 16 March at the White Top Tent, Victoria Park.
According to the Chairman of the Committee of the At Thaha Council, Laseh, apart from welcoming Isra 'Mi'raj, this event also aims to explore the potential or talents of BMI Hong Kong.
The event is divided into three periods. First, the competition which was held on March 9 included Musabaqoh Tilawatil Qur 'an (MTQ) which was attended by 33 participants and hadroh followed by 11 groups.
The second period was held on March 16, which included a nasyid competition with 9 groups of participants and a speech competition with the theme "The Meaning of Isra 'Mi'raj in the Modern Era" which was attended by 29 participants.
The highlight of the week will be Sunday 23 March 2014 at Diamond Hill including a 9 group quiz contest and the previous race grand finals. (amy utamy / localhost / project / personal / ddhongkong.org / ddhongkong.org). *
