Is it permissible to read the verses of the Qur'an while eating through the cellphone? And, can we memorize verses of the Qur'an while working?

ليكم السلام الله ات

Bismillah… Reading the Qur'an is the most important act of worship. Even Imam Nawawi mentions that he is more important than tasbih, tahlil, etc. Reading the Qur'an through an application on a cellphone is also allowed, also includes worship which includes glorifying the symbols of Allah.

Those who read it must pay attention to the etiquette in it. Eating & drinking is permissible. But it can be prohibited if we are fasting for example. It can also be something that is not allowed if we combine it with prayer. It is also inappropriate for us to be together when we are eating, even though we only read it via cellphone. Because eating while reading the Qur'an will certainly interfere with tartil, recitation, tahsin, etc. in reading it. So this is not allowed.

Allah SWT said:

لِكَۖ للَّهِ ا لۡقُلُوبِ {سورة الحج: }

"Thus is the command (of Allah). And whoever exalts the signs of Allah, then indeed it arises from the piety of the heart." {Surat al-Hajj: 32}

As for someone who memorizes the Qur'an while working, it is permissible, even including things that are commendable because he presents the Qur'an in every activity. So that it can bring blessings to his life.
