Tahajjud Prayer Half an Hour Before Fajr

Ustadz, I want to ask a question.
Is it permissible to perform the Tahajjud prayer half an hour before the Fajr prayer? Now in Hong Kong Fajr time at 5 o'clock. If I do Tahajjud at 5, is that okay?

Bismillah… A Muslim can perform the Tahajjud prayer while it is not time for the Fajr prayer. Tahajjud prayer time is after the completion of the Isha prayer until the end of the night before entering the time for the Fajr prayer. But the best time for Tahajjud prayer is the end of the night or rather the last third of the night until the time for the Fajr prayer.
If a person wakes up half an hour before Fajr time, for example, he is still able to do the Tahajjud prayer and close it with the Witr prayer, if before going to bed he has not done the Witr prayer.
