DDHK. ORG – Khatam Alquran many people do Islam during Ramadan. Increase reading Alquran could be activities during Itikaf.
From page Republika, quoting the book Provisions for Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr, written by Saiyid Mahadhir explained, there are many traditions that mention about priority darken Alquran, Here are some narrations from Sunan Ad-Darimi.
عَنْ فَتَادَةَ، عَنْ زُرَارَةَ بنِ أَولى، أَنَّ التي صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ميل: أَي الْعَمَلِ أَفْض قَالَ: «الحَالُ الْمُرْتَحِل» . قيل: وَمَا الحال الْمُرْتَحِلُ؟ قَالَ: «صاحِبُ الْقُرْآنِ يَضْرِبُ مِنْ أَوَّل القرآن إلى آخره، ومن آخره إلى أَوْلِهِ، كُلَّمَا حَل
From Qatadah, from Zurarah bin Aufa, that the Prophet Muhammad was asked: "What is the most important work?", He said: "al-Hal al- Murtahil, said: "What is al-Hal al- Murtahil?", He said : “Someone who reads Alquran from beginning to end, and from end to beginning, every time he finished he began to continue his reading.
مَنْ شَهِدَ الْقُرْآنَ حِينَ يُفْتَحُ ، فَكَأَنما شَهِدَ فَتْحky
"Whoever saw Alquran when it starts to be opened or read, it is as if he witnessed a war in the way of Allah, and whoever witnesses khatam Alquran then it is as if he witnessed the ghonimah treasure when it was distributed."
عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ: «كَانَ رَجُلٌ يَقْرَأْ فِي مَسْجِدِ الْمَد ِينَةِ، وَكَانَ
ابْن عَبَّاس قَدْ وَضَعَ عَلَيْهِ الرَّصَدَ، فَإِذَا كَانَ يَوْمُ خَتُمِهِ، قَام
فَتَحَوَّلَ إِلَيْهِ
From Qatadah: “Once upon a time there was someone who read Alquran from beginning to end in the presence of his friends, then ibn Abbas sent someone to continue to install them, so that when they were about to finish khatam ibn Abbas ra was present with them.
عَنْ عَبْدَةَ، قَالَ: «إِذَا خَتَمَ الرَّجُلُ الْقُرْآنَ بِنَهَارِ، صَلَّتْ عَلَيْهِ الْمَلَائِك تَي٥ُ حَلَّيْ ِن فرغ مِنْهُ لَيْلًا، صَلَّت عَلَيْهِ الْمَلَائِكَةُ حَتَّى يُصْبح
From Abdah said: "If someone is khatamkan Alquran during the day then the Angels will pray for him until the afternoon. And if he finishes it at night, the Angels will pray for him until dawn."
Some of the following narrations are extracted from the book Fadhail al-Quran, by al-Qasim ibn as-Salam and Ibn ad-Dharris.
قَالَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنِ مَسْعُودٍ: «مَنْ خَتَمَ الْقُرْآنَ فَلَهُ دَعْوَةٌ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ
Abdullah bin Masud said: "Who is the one who has finished? Alquran then the prayer is efficacious."
قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى Allah
Rasulullah saw said: "Whoever is present or witnesses the khataman Alquran then it is as if he was present at the distribution of ghanimah assets (spoils of war)”.

حضرتِ الرَّحمَة عِندَ الحاتميه
Mujahid, Abdah bin Abi Lubabah and some others said that the Messenger of Allah used to say: "If the khataman Alquran mercy descends at that time, or mercy will be present when there is a khatam Alquran".
عَنْ مَالِكَ
From Malik bin Dinar, said, it is said that: "Attend or watch the khatman Alquran".
Finally, Imam At-Thabran, in al-Mu'jam al-Kabir narrates that the Messenger of Allah said:
من صلى صلاة فريضة فَلَهُ دَعْوَةٌ مُسْتَجَابَةٌ، وَمَنْ خَتَمَ
الْقُرْآنَ فَلَهُ or
“Whoever finishes performing the obligatory prayer, then for him the prayer is efficacious, and whoever finishes reading Alquran then for him is also an efficacious prayer ".
There is an interesting thing from a friend of the Prophet Muhammad named Anas bin Malik, that every time he wants to finish it Alquran he always gathers his family, both his wife, children, and others. He then closed the khataman Alquran that by praying, and one of them is to pray for his family, so many narrators mention one of which was narrated by Imam At-Thabrani in his book al-Mu'jam al-Kabir, also narrated by imam Al-Baihaqi in Syuab Al Iman.

Muhammad bin Ali bin Syuaib As-Simsar told us, Khalid bin Khidasy told Komi, Ja'far bin Sulaiman told us, dori Tsobit, that Anas bin Malik's friend when he finished Alquran he gathers his family and children, then he prays for them”. [DDHK News]
