Drinking water when you wake up to strengthen your body's immunity

DDHK.ORG - The general practitioner at Pondok Indah Hospital, Jakarta, I Made Tirta Saputra, revealed that there are some of the best times to drink water. Right after waking up is the best time to drink water to maintain health and immunity.

"In a pandemic like this time, water can also increase endurance and balance fluid levels in the body," said Dr. Made Tirta, as reported by CNN Indonesia, quoted Antara.

Drinking 1-2 glasses of water every waking up, he said, it is important to replace lost body fluids when we sleep all night. "Water can also help the body's metabolic processes," he said.
