DDHK Spiritual Tour Fulfills BMI's Inner Needs

spiritual tour March 2KATA "Tourism" according to the language has many meanings. However, the term that is known today is more devoted to a partial meaning, that is, which denotes "taking a walk" to a country for recreation or to look around, seek and see (something).

Islam came to change the many misconceptions brought about by short human minds, and then associate them with noble values and morals. Then Islam came to enhance the understanding of tourism by linking it to noble goals. Among them:

1. Associating travel with worship.
2. In Islamic understanding, tourism is associated with science and knowledge.
3. The purpose of tourism in Islam is to take lessons and warnings.
4. The last of the understanding of tourism in Islam is to contemplate the beauty of Allah Ta'la's creation, to enjoy the beauty of the great nature as an incentive for the human soul to strengthen faith in the oneness of Allah and motivate fulfillment of life's obligations. Because refreshing the soul is necessary to start a new work spirit. (Various sources)

This is also what DD Travel Hong Kong did under its auspices Dompet Dhuafa as BMI's facilitator in traveling and has been running for 3 years. Previously, every time before Ramadan there was a program for mosques to Hong Kong mosques and after Eid to Ghuangzou in the 'Spiritual Tourism' program.

In the last 2 years, almost every Sunday there have been tours to China and around Hong Kong to be precise once every 4 months in the hope that friendship can be established between DDHK and Hong Kong BMIs.

Spiritual tourism is tourism that is more intended to fulfill the inner / spiritual needs of humans which aims to fulfill spiritual needs and strengthen human faith by visiting places that have religious values.

DD Travel Hong Kong deliberately held this program with the hope of getting to know the history of the spread of Islam in China to BMIs. By getting to know or tracing the history of Islam in China, one of which is visiting the Mei Lin mosque, this will certainly increase our faith and piety towards Allah SWT.

This year's spiritual tourism program will be held on March 2, 2014 in collaboration with Family Maid. The advantage is that BMIs can simultaneously cop visas / exit, have a vacation and get to know the history of the Meilin mosque and the spread of Islam in China and of course it will be filled with spiritual flavors by Dai Dompet Dhuafa which will increase our faith and piety.
