Once in Jordan, Hong Kong Lockdown 4 Building Blocks at North Point

DDHK.ORG - The limited lockdown policy was again implemented by the Government Hong Kong. After doing the same thing in a large area in Jordan, on Friday (28/1/2021) the night of Hong Kong implemented a policy called “restriction testing declaration” in four blocks of the Tung Fat building in North Point.

“The government made a restriction testing declaration at 19.00:XNUMX p.m. to oblige people in Blocks A, B, C and D of the Tung Fat Building in North Point to remain in their place and undergo mandatory testing for COVID-19 according to the arrangement, "said a spokesman for the Hong Kong Government.

The areas affected by the “lockdown” refer to Blocks A, B, C, and D of the Tung Fat Building on Kam Ping Street. Basically, eight confirmed cases and five positive cases of Covid-19 recently occurred in Block C of the Tung Fat Building, which involved different units and floors.

The Covid-19 test is mandatory for all residents of the four blocks of the Tung Fat building, until before 2 am on January 29, 2021. After that the officers will confirm the results as soon as possible, so that at 7 in the morning they can work.

Result: Negative

The Hong Kong government announced that mandatory test results show no positive cases of Covid-19 from the four Tung Fat building blocks that were previously subject to a "lockdown" policy. That way, since 7 am the residents have been allowed to leave the area by showing an SMS notification with a negative test result or wearing a bracelet as proof that they have undergone the test.

"About 475 residents were tested at 02.00:XNUMX am and no positive cases were found," said a spokesman for the Hong Kong Government.

Regarding this “lockdown” at North Point, the Government assigned staff to visit around 660 households. After deducting units 6 and 7 on all floors in Block C, which had been quarantined, about 190 households did not open their doors.

Some of these households have confirmed cases or are undergoing quarantine, and some units may be vacant. The government will take action to follow up. [Source: news.gov.hk] [DDHK News]
