DDHK Distributes HK $ 33,860 in Disaster Relief Funds to West Sulawesi and South Kalimantan

Namely, for earthquake victims in West Sulawesi (Sulbar) and for flood victims in South Kalimantan (South Kalimantan).

"Alhamdulillah, for the first phase we distributed HK $ 33,860 for the victims of the Sulawesi earthquake and Kalimantan floods. Our help is distributed through branches Dompet Dhuafa in Sulawesi and Kalimantan, ”said General Manager of DDHK, M. Imam Baihaqi.

In details, as much as HK $ 14,930 was distributed to victims of the Mamuju earthquake, via Dompet Dhuafa South Sulawesi. Aid funds were also distributed to victims of South Kalimantan floods, via Dompet Dhuafa East Kalimantan, amounting to HK $ 14,930. Previously, on January 26, 2021, a grant of HK $ 4,000 had been distributed to victims of the Mamuju earthquake, West Sulawesi, through a DDHK volunteer, Badriyah Becce.

"God willing, we are still open to raising funds for disasters in other areas as well, such as the eruption of Mount Merapi in Yogyakarta and floods in North Sulawesi. Thank you for the concern of Indonesian citizens in Hong Kong and Macau, ”said Imam Baihaqi.
