Iin made her shahada accompanied by her older sister, who became a Muslim in 1993, before she decided to get married.

The decision that was finally chosen was not made in a short time, but with careful consideration over many years.

Many things finally made him firmly embrace Islam and follow in the footsteps of his two brothers and sisters. He felt in peace and tranquility when he saw people praying.

Seeing the growth and development of his family who were originally non-Muslims then turned to Muslims and Muslim women made him more motivated to immediately embrace Islam.

Iin felt, his heart began to beat to convert to Islam when he heard that when his father was critical, he wanted to be buried in a Muslim way. This message his late father conveyed to his father's younger brother.

Although his heart had been knocked to want to convert to Islam, it did not immediately make Iin determined to convert to Islam.

Seven years

For seven years he learned a lot about Islam little by little while growing stability in himself.

At that time he also began to fast, getting used to saying greetings wherever he was so that his colleagues often assumed that he had become a convert.

In addition to the influence of the family environment, the story and reason that made Iin firmly convert to Islam and become a convert is because in his work environment he is always surrounded by extraordinary people who always provide input and suggestions.

“Honestly at work, I was considered a convert and that made me more confident. Finally from there I decided to choose Islam as a way of life that I will carry with me until I die,” said Iin.

Iin's co-workers are mostly male, even though she has learned a lot about Islam from them. Like inviting him to take part in Islamic studies, telling something inspiring.

Until it makes him happy because they indirectly spread kindness towards him. In addition, his co-workers always invite and remind to always pray.

But when his colleagues asked about the religion of Iin, he never answered. Because in reality he has not made the shahada even though he practices Islamic etiquette every day.

For Iin, he does not need to explain whatever religion he adheres to. Because religion is a personal matter with Allah SWT.

Iin also shared another reason for waiting seven years to embrace Islam. At that time she was hesitant to embrace Islam because she had a non-Muslim husband.

But over time, the man never married her. Even the relationship between the two broke up in the middle of the road.

Since then, Iin no longer focuses on finding a partner. He prefers to make more friends who invite to goodness.

His friends often come to the house and share stories about Islam. They also often discuss the teachings of Islam even though in a relaxed atmosphere.

Iin and his co-workers also often hold social services to Islamic institutions in need. Even when opening activities at the office, Iin always starts with greetings like Muslims who say greetings.

From that story that made him steady as a convert and embraced Islam. Until in the end he stabilized himself to contact the Aya Sofya National Convertible Center to get guidance on converting to Islam.

Iin finally performed the creed accompanied by his brother and directly guided by Ustaz Ipung Atria.

Before the cremation procession is carried out, it is necessary to explain clearly that one's desire to convert to Islam is sincere and there is no threat or coercion from any party.

As usual, it begins by reading the basmalah sentence, then reading the two sentences of the creed along with their meaning.

"My wish has now been completely fulfilled, from year to year I always tried to be detained until finally I was determined and 100 percent sure to embrace Islam," he said.

Now the whole family is Muslim, including Iin with new sheets and hopes that always go better than yesterday in order to pursue the pleasure of Allah SWT.

And can ignore all forms of worldly temptations that can make him pawn the religion of Islam for the sake of momentary pleasure.

After this he has obligations as a Muslim that must be carried out, and prohibitions that must be abandoned. All of that can be overcome by sticking to Alquran and sunnah.
