In the ranks of the Cilacap Regency Government itself, the Pratama High Leaders and Administrators have received meritocratic coaching from the Central Java Provincial Civil Service Agency (BKD).

According to Awaluddin, in the future the Cilacap Regency Government will implement a talent pool system. This is in accordance with the provisions in the Civil Service Law which use a merit system for filling positions, promotions, and increasing the capacity of ASN.

Kampung Laut itself needs qualified and dedicated ASNs so that the acceleration of its development is more optimal.
