Completely vaccinated, taking public transportation and airplanes does not need antigen and PCR tests

DDHK.ORG - The COVID-19 Handling Task Force (Satgas) publishes Circular Letter (SE) Number 11 of 2022 concerning Provisions for Travel of Domestic People during a Pandemic Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). This SE is effective since it was signed by the Head of the Task Force, Suharyanto on March 8, 2022.

"This Circular is effective from March 8, 2022 until a later date and will be evaluated further in accordance with the latest developments in the field or the evaluation results from ministries/agencies," said Suharyanto in a SE. "The scope of this Circular Letter is a health protocol for Domestic Travelers (PPDN) who use all modes of transportation throughout Indonesia," he said.

Every PPDN is required to use the PeduliLindung application as a condition for traveling domestically. PPDN with modes of air, sea, land transportation using private or public vehicles, crossings, and intercity trains from and to areas throughout Indonesia that have received the second dose of vaccination or the third dose of vaccination (boost) are not required to show a negative RT-PCR test result or rapid testing antigens.

However, if you have just received the first dose of vaccination, you must show a negative result of the RT-PCR test whose sample is taken within 3 × 24 hours or rapid testing antigens whose samples are taken within 1×24 hours before departure as a condition of travel. This also applies to PPDNs with special health conditions or comorbid diseases that prevent travelers from receiving vaccinations. Plus additional requirements, must attach a doctor's certificate from a government hospital (RS) stating that the person concerned has not and/or cannot take the COVID-19 vaccination

"Forgery of certificate of RT-PCR test results or rapid testing antigens, doctor's certificates, and other travel certificates used as travel requirements for people will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the laws and regulations," the SE stated.
