The team brought baby supplies such as telon oil, baby oil, diapers, and milk which the twins aged 20 months badly needed.
The assistance given to the children of the Supri and Husniati couple is the result of compensation worth HK $ 1,000 from DDHK and Rp. 250 thousand from a donor in Malaysia.
"Alhamdulillahirobbil'alamin, finally we have helped the difficulties we have experienced during the past 2 months, which was difficult to buy what Anaya and Inaya needed. Supri explained, since his wife's womb was 3 months old, they always checked the pregnancy to the doctor to find out the condition of the fetus in his wife's womb. "Since then we have known that our children are conjoined twins," he said.
"But we, especially my wife, are determined to continue to fight for it. I am grateful, the team of doctors gave all the usual examinations free, "said Supri.
Husniati's struggle was not easy. Supri said, when he was 8 months pregnant, his wife's womb was quite weak. At that time the team of doctors took action and advised the wife to continue fighting.
"Mother's struggle should not be half-hearted," said Supri, mimicking the words of the team of doctors at that time.
Once the pregnancy is 8 months and 5 days old, the team of doctors gives an injection which results in contractions. The team of doctors performed surgery and Inaya and Anaya were born.
About a year ago, the local East Lombok Regency Government had come and asked for an operation to separate Inaya and Anaya. "But until now there has also been no operation because of this epidemic. Until now our child is 20 months old, ”said Supri.
When the DDHK team visited at the end of December 2020, Supri admitted that his family was having a hard time buying Inaya and Anaya's baby equipment.
