Hong Kong will impose severe penalties on airline operators that do not comply with these conditions. Namely, subject to a fine of HK $ 50,000 and imprisonment for 6 months.

"Operators who fail to comply with the requirements to provide information, or knowingly or recklessly provide false or misleading information, may also be subject to a $ 50.000 fine and six months' imprisonment," wrote news.gov.hk.
