A month later he borrowed another HK $ 20,000 from another bank. It happened, when I only worked for 4 months at my employer, in 2013. Actually I don't want to guarantee my documents, but because of a close friend I finally gave them, "said Y.
Unfortunately for Y, his friend admitted to returning to Indonesia and no longer paying debt installments, so he was the one who had to bear the tens of thousands of dollars in debt. Even more unfortunate, employer Y finds out.
"My employer didn't like it, and in the end I was terminated," he said.
At that time, Y was only able to pay the debt repayments of HK $ 10,000. As for the debt repayment of HK $ 20,000, he did not intend to pay it.
After terminated, Y then changed employers. At the new employer, he only worked 2 months.
"Alhamdulillah, I have the fourth contract with my current employer," said Y.
Since May 2019, then he intends to pay his friend's debt repayments of HK $ 20,000. "I pay HK $ 1,000 in installments every month," he said.
FATHER DIED THE WORLD
The debt installment exam has not ended, another test comes in Y's life. On March 17, 2020 her father passed away.
Y admitted that he had lived under very heavy pressure. He also had time to think, "Oh God, why do you give me this test when I'm having trouble like this?"
Actually, Y had intended to go home in June. However, the intention had not yet been fulfilled, his father was dying. Due to the corona outbreak, he did not dare to go home, for fear of not being able to return to work to Hong Kong again.
"But Allah is good to me. At that time the employer gave her HK $ 5,000 to send home. How grateful and touched I was at that time, "said Y.
Y admitted that he had studied massage while in Hong Kong. This massage skill becomes divine from Allah Ta'ala so that he can quickly pay off his friend's debt.
This massage skill also helped him, when the bank wanted him to pay off his debt more quickly, by increasing the number of monthly installments, from HK $ 1,000 to HK2,000, in May 2020.
"At that time I could only pray: O Allah, make it easy for me," said Y. "Alhamdulillah, Allah is really good to me. Each paycheck I can put aside HK $ 100-HK $ 300. And alhamdulillah, every week there are people who ask for a massage, so that even for my holiday needs, I am fulfilled and I do not borrow money from people, "he said.
MURRENT INTENTIONS
As he approached the month of Dzulhijjah 1441 Hijriyah, Y intended to sacrifice for his father. "I collect money from the massage services, I put it in the box while praying: O Allah, I hope this money is not used for other needs. O Allah, I hope that today and tomorrow there will be my sustenance, so that I can make qurban. Alhamdulillah, it can be done, "he said.
A few weeks ago, the money for qurbani was raised to HK $ 800. At that time, there was a rule not to gather more than 4 people.
"Then someone sent a WhatsApp message, asking for a massage. I refused because I didn't want to take the risk. But he insisted on getting a massage. Finally, during the holidays I fulfilled his request, ”said Y.
After finishing the massage, Y admitted that he was touched when he received the massage service money. In fact, to shed tears. "The amount is just right for additional qurban payments. Thank God. For this sustenance I can make qurban, ”said Y.
Not only that. In the near future, the debt bondage that had been trapping him will end soon.
"And Alhamdulillah, the remaining bank installments of HK $ 2,117 inshaallah will be paid off next month," he said.
