DDHK.ORG - The 2021 All England badminton championship which will be held at Ulitita Arena Birmingham, England, will start on Wednesday (17/3/2021) to Sunday (21/3/2021). A total of seven Indonesian representatives are ready to appear to compete for the title at the Super 1.000 level tournament.
The seven representatives Indonesia these are Anthony Sinisuka Ginting and Jonatan Christie in the men's singles; Marcus Fernaldi Gideon / Kevin Sanjaya Sukamuljo, Mohammad Ahsan / Hendra Setiawan, and Fajar Alfian / Muhammad Rian Ardianto in men's doubles; Greysia Polii / Apriyani Rahayu in women's doubles, and Praveen Jordan / Melati Daeva Oktavianti in mixed doubles.
Indonesia originally sent nine representatives to this championship. However, Tommy Sugiarto (men's singles) and Gregoria Mariska Tunjung (women's singles) decided to resign.
Gregoria Mariska Tunjung was withdrawn with a thigh injury. Meanwhile, Tommy Sugiarto resigned for personal reasons.
The seven Red-and-White representatives who were deployed at All England are included in the list of players with superior status.
