DDHK. ORG – Dhuha prayer has the virtue of facilitating sustenance and sufficient sustenance. This prayer can be done at home or at masjid.
This virtue is in accordance with the Prophet's statement in the following hadith which means:
“Allah 'Azza wa Jalla said: "O Son of Adam, don't ever be lazy to do four cycles of prayer in the early afternoon (dhuha prayer), later I will fulfill your needs in the end (afternoon)." (Reported by David, Ahmad, Tirmidz).
So, by executing prayer dhuha as many as 4 cycles, Friends have been able to get a guarantee of sufficient sustenance.
This one sunnah prayer is done in the morning or Dhuha time, that is, when the sun is rising as high as a spear or rising as high as a spear.
If it is measured using a clock, then the time for the Dhuha prayer is at seven, eight, nine o'clock, until just before the midday prayer starts.
This Dhuha prayer is done at least two cycles and a maximum of twelve cycles with one greeting for every two cycles. The way to do it is the same as doing two cycles of sunnah prayers, it's just that the intention is different.
Following prayer and the intention of Duha prayer 2 cycles

Ushallii sunnatadh dhuhaa rak'ataini lillaahi ta'aalaa. Allahu Akbar.
Meaning:
"I intend to do the Dhuha sunnah prayer two cycles because of Allah Ta'ala. Allah is the Greatest."
For this Dhuha prayer, it is better if in the first rak'ah after reading the surah Al-Fatihah it is continued by reading the surah Asy-Shams and in the second cycle read the surah Adh-Dhuha.
Prayer After Dhuha Prayer
??? ةَ قُدْرَتُكَ وَالْعِصْمَةَ عِصْمَتُكَ اَللّٰهُمَّ اِنْ كَانَ رِزْقِى فِى السَّمَآءِ فَأَنْززْقْهِ ى اْلاَرْضِ فَأَخْرِجْهُ وَاِنْ كَانَ مُعَسَّرًا فَيَسِّرْهُ وَاِنْ كَانَ حَرَامًا فَطَهِّرْهُ َِابَ ْدًا فَقَرِّبْهُ بِحَقِّ ضُحَاءِكَ وَبَهَاءِكَ وَجَمَالِكَ وَقُوَّتِكَ وَقُدْرَتِكَ آتِنِىْ مصَآاَبَ ّالِحِيْنَ
Allaahumma innadh dhuhaa-a dhuhaa-uka walbahaa-a bahaa-uka wal jamaala jamaaluka wal quwwata quw watuka wal qudrata qudratuka wal 'ishmatta 'ishmatuk. Allaahumma in kaana rizqii fissamaa-i fa anzilhu wa in kaanafil ardhi fa-akhrijhu wa in kaana mu'assaran fayas sirhu wa in kaana haraaman fathahhirhu wa in kaana ba'iidan faqarribhu bihaqqi dhuhaa-ika wa bahaa-ika wa jamaalika wa quuwatika wa qudratika aatinii maa aataita 'ibaadakash shalihiin.
Meaning:
“O my Lord, verily the time of Dhuha is the time of Your Dhuha, majesty is Your majesty, beauty is Your beauty, strength is Your strength, and power is Your power and guard is Your guard. O Allah, if my sustenance is still in the sky, send it down and if it is in the earth, take it out. If it's difficult, make it easy, if it's unlawful, purify it, if it's still far away, bring it closer, thanks to the time of Dhuha, Your majesty, beauty, strength and power, bestow upon us all that You have bestowed on Your pious servants."
Other Benefits of Dhuha Prayer
Duha prayer is also an expiation of sins. This is in accordance with the Apostle's statement in the following hadith narrated by Tirmidhi:
"Whoever keeps the Duha prayer, then his sins are forgiven even though his sins are as much as foam in the sea." (Narrated by Tirmidhi)
The primacy of the dhuha prayer also obtains the same reward of worship as performing hajj and umrah.
This is reinforced by the words of the Apostle in the hadith narrated by Tirmidhi which means:
"Emphasized from Anas ra, the Messenger of Allah said:
Whoever performs the Fajr prayer in congregation, then he (after it is over) sits remembering Allah until the sun rises, then he prays two cycles (Dhuha), he will receive a reward similar to the reward for Hajj and Umrah; perfect, perfect, perfect.” (Narrated by Tirmidhi, No. 586).
The virtue of another dhuha prayer is that it is the best form of alms. This is as explained in the hadith which means:
“Every morning, every segment of your limbs must be given alms. Every tasbih is a charity, every tahmid is a charity, every tahlil is a charity, every takbir is a charity.
Enjoining good is charity, and forbidding evil is charity. All of that can be replaced by two cycles of Dhuha prayer. (Muslim HR)
The virtue of another dhuha prayer is that it is driven away from many bad things. As stated in the following hadith which means:
"Whoever prays Duha prayer two cycles, then he is not written as a negligent person. Whoever does it as many as four cycles, then it is written as a person who is an expert in worship.
Whoever does six cycles of prayer will be saved on that day. Whoever does it eight cycles, then Allah writes as an obedient person. And whoever does it twelve cycles, then Allah will build a house in heaven for him." (Narrated by At-Thabrani).
Another virtue of the dhuha prayer is entering heaven through a special door for people who do a lot of this sunnah prayer.
This is reinforced by the opinion of the Apostle narrated by Thabrani in the following hadith:
“In fact, in heaven there is one door called the Dhuha door, when the doomsday comes the angels guarding heaven will call; Where is he who makes Duha prayer common? This is your door, so enter it with the love of Allah.” (HR. Thabrani)
