British Mosque Open House Serves Tea and Biscuits

English mosque open houseDDHK News, England - Tea and biscuits welcomed the guests of mosques that held open houses, Sunday (1/2). A number of non-Muslim residents complied with the invitation of Muslims to come to the mosque to get to know Islam and Muslims more closely.

Many visitors were amazed and had a new perspective after signing the mosque. They see the peace and hospitality of Muslims, unlike the misrepresentation of the mass media's coverage so far.

Open house mosques in the UK were organized by the Muslim Council of Britain, the Muslim Council of Britain (MCB), to eradicate misconceptions about Islam and Muslims, while increasing anti-Islamic sentiment in Europe due to misinformation.

One of the mosques in north London, Finsbury Park, even allows visitors to check all corners of the mosque. "We don't have a bomb, you can check all the places," said the committee.

"Those who act radically do not represent Islam," said mosque administrator, Mohammed Uddin-Anwar. (mel /onislam.net/localhost/project/personal/ddhongkong.org/ddhongkong.org).*
