Being a Godly Man When Working Abroad

Sorry to ask. How do we become human beings who are pious about working positions here (overseas)?

Fear language is fear. While taqwa according to the terms of the Shari'a is carrying out Allah's commands and avoiding His prohibitions.
Piety can also be interpreted by carrying out God's obligatory commands, increasing the practice of sunnah, not exaggerating in permissible matters, and staying away from things that are makruh, especially those that are unlawful.
Taqwa also means fearing Allah, the Most Honorable, carrying out what has been revealed (Qur'an & Sunnah), preparing oneself for the journey (after death), being content with little and qana'ah (accepting Allah's gifts).
Then how do we become pious human beings, moreover we live in a place or a country that is not Muslim, which of course has a lot of challenges in it so that we can be pious & be istiqomah human beings?
Syekh Ali Jum'ah, an Egyptian Mufti said:
God bless you
"Indeed, piety is a state of heart and a high position of faith, where it cannot be obtained except by earnestness and strengthening patience."
Therefore, for my sister who is still working at Hong Kong or elsewhere, seek piety by trying to find taklim assemblies in which religious knowledge is taught that can strengthen faith and don't get bored.
Remember, our faith can be strong and it can also be weak. Therefore Abu Amru Ad-Dani Rahimahullah said:
الإيمانُ يزيدُ بالطَّاعةِ، ويَنقُصُ بالمعصيةِ، ويَقْوى بالعِلمِ، ويَضعُفُ بالجَهلِ، ويَخرُجُ بالكُفرِ
"Faith increases because of obedience, decreases because of disobedience, is strong with knowledge, weak because of stupidity (don't want to study religion), & leaves because of disbelief."
Therefore, my sister, who is blessed by Allah, remain istiqomah in obedience & stay away from immorality, don't forget to always seek knowledge & associate with good people & istiqomah...
