Can we pray while wearing face cream, lotion, or make-up?

ليكم السلام الله ات
Bismillah ... Women were created and destined by Allah Subhanahu wata'ala to enjoy self-beauty and jewelry. Allah Subhanahu wata'ala says:
ا۟ لۡحِلۡیَةِ لۡخِصَامِ {سورة الزخرف: }
"And is it proper (to be a child of Allah) that one who is raised to enjoy jewelry while he is not able to give a firm and clear reason in a quarrel." {Surat az-Zukhruf: 18}
The verse above is a kinayah (an allusion) that what is meant by people who are raised to enjoy jewelry are women.
So don't be surprised if one of the things that women like is facial cream, lotion, or make-up to make them look more beautiful, especially in front of their husbands, for example.
Then, is it permissible for women to pray while wearing make-up, etc.?
As long as the make-up used is safe, made of halal materials, and does not block water during ablution, then praying in such circumstances is legal and permissible.
The same thing was conveyed by many of the world's great scholars, including Sheikh Bin Baz (Mufti of Saudi Arabia) and Dr. Muhammad Abdus Sami' from Darul ifta' Al-Mishriyah (Egypt).
So, please wear make up, the important thing is that it is halal, safe, not excessive, and does not block water when wudlu.
