Husbands Always Accuse and Force Wives to Confess to be Cheating
Question:
Assalamualaikum, chaplain.
Mr. Ustadz, I want to ask a question. Is there a prayer for a wife who is accused of cheating and selling herself as a prostitute by her own partner? While wives never do it at all, husbands always force their wives to admit it.

Answer:
Wa'alaikumussalam warahmatullahi wabarakatuh.
My sister who is blessed by Allah. Really adultery is a big sin. For adulterers who are not married they will be beaten 100 times. While those who are married (do jima 'with not their legal wife), then they are stoned with stones until they die. Na'ûdzu billâhi min dzâlik.
Allah SWT said in Surah An-Nûr verses 6-10:
{والذين يرمون أزواجهم ولم يكن لهم شهداء إلا أنفسهم فشهادة أحدهم أربع شهادات بالله إنه لمن الصادقين (6) والخامسة أن لعنة الله عليه إن كان من الكاذبين (7) ويدرأ عنها العذاب أن تشهد أربع شهادات بالله إنه لمن الكاذبين (8) والخامسة أن غضب اللَّهِ عَلَيْهَا إِنْ كَانَ مِنَ الصَّادِقِينَ (9) وَلَوْلا فَضْلُ اللَّهِ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَتُهُ وَأ 10نَّ الَّوَّهََّ
"And people who accuse their wife (of adultery), even though they have no witnesses other than themselves, then that person's testimony is four times swearing in the name of Allah, in fact he is one of the true people. And (oath) the fifth; that Allah's cursing is upon him, if he is among those who lie. His wife was spared from being punished by her oath four times in the name of Allah, in fact her husband really is one of those who lie, and (oath) the fifth; that Allah's condemnation is upon her husband, including those who are righteous. And if there is no gift from Allah and His mercy on you and (if) Allah is not a Recipient of Penance anymore, Most Wise, (you will surely experience difficulties).
Have to swear 4 times
If the wife evades her husband's accusation, then she must swear four times if he has lied. Then she swore once more that Allah's curse would befall her if her husband was right.
If there is a husband who accuses his wife of adultery with another man and cannot bring four witnesses except for himself, then he must swear four times that his testimony is true, then he swears once that he will be cursed by Allah if he lies .
If this is done in front of a judge, it is known as li'ân. If there is li'ân, there will be divorce between the two. This is according to the opinion of Imam Syafii and a large number of people from among the scholars. Then, his ex-wife was unclean for him forever.
If a case like the mother above is only an accusation and her husband doesn't dare to take an oath like in the explanation above, then the case is not included as li'ân.
For special prayers, there are lots of istighfar, hasbunallah wa ni'mal prayer representatives ni'mal maula wa ni'man nashiir.
