Ustadz, I want to ask a question.
Is the Dluha prayer only allowed after 8 am? And, what is the ruling if we pray Dluha at 7-8 am? Because after that it was working hours.

Bismillah... My sister who is blessed by Allah.
Dluha means the expansion of the sun and the distribution of the day. The Dluha prayer is a sunnah prayer that is performed at the time the sun rises after sunrise until the time of Zhuhur time.
Dluha prayer time begins when the sun rises to the size of a spear or about 12 to 15 minutes after sunrise (shuruq). Some other scholars prefer that Dluha time begins when the sun rises the size of two spears, meaning that the sun has risen more or about 24 to 30 minutes after sunrise (shuruq), and this second opinion is more cautious. As for the Dluha prayer time ends when the sun is right in the middle of the sky or right above our heads. About 15 minutes before the time for the Zuhur prayer.
For example, in Indonesia, it is published (syuruq) at 05.48 WIB, then a person may perform the dluha prayer starting at approximately 06.15 WIB.
But the best time to do the Dluha prayer is when it has moved a quarter of the time of day or when the camels have felt the heat of the sun. If we estimate the best time to do the Dluha prayer is starting at 09.00 WIB.
This is in accordance with the following hadith:
بْنَ ا لُّونَ الضُّحَى الَ ا لَقَدْ لِمُوا الصَّلاَةَ السَّاعَةِ لُ. لَ اللَّهِ -صلى الله ليه لم- الَ لاَةُ الأَوَّابِينَ الْفِصَالُ (رواه لم)
"Zaid bin Arqom saw a group of people performing the Dluha prayer, then he said, "They may not know that apart from the time they are doing at this time, there is something more important. The Prophet sallallaahu 'alaihi wa sallam said, "(The best time) for the Awwabin prayer (Dluha prayer) is when the camel feels the heat of the sun." (HR Muslim)
What is meant by Awwabin are people who always repent to Allah Subhanahu wata'ala.
So if there are people who perform the Dluha prayer between 07.00-08.00 WIB, then it is permissible and the prayer is valid. However, it should be noted that the later the Dluha prayer is carried out as long as it is before the time runs out, it is much better.
