Birthday February-September, 6 Migrant Workers Free Tour to Ocean Park

DDHK. ORG - As many as six Indonesian migrant workers in Hong Kong traveled for free to Ocean Park on Saturday, October 10, 2020. They have their birthdays in the February-September period, when one of Hong Kong's biggest tourist attractions was temporarily closed due to the Covid-19 pandemic.

"When I entered, at first I didn't believe it (if it's free). We asked, 'may yaw free ticket?' Then the officer immediately asked for an ID card (HKID) and the date of his birthday was seen, ”said Siti Raswati and Sukinah, two of the six migrant workers who traveled to Ocean Park.

Siti herself has a birthday on August 28. Meanwhile, Sukinah, 10 September. Other friends who also joined the tour for free, Mega (22 February), Cahyani (1 April), Siti Aminah (8 September), and Castimah (10 September). All of them are migrant workers from the same Indonesian Migrant Worker Placement Company (P3MI), namely PT Latansa, Cirebon.

"All six of us can enter for free," said Siti.

Siti and her five friends previously heard the news that entering Ocean Park was free. They admitted they did not believe the news, before proving it directly.

By coming to Ocean Park, Siti and friends can also directly confirm some false news surrounding Ocean park, such as a long ticket line. "When the ticket list was scheduled until 12 o'clock, that's not true. We didn't come there at all, didn't queue for so long, just gave me the ID card, the clerk directed where to pick up the ticket. After that you can choose whatever rides you want, ”said this woman from Indramayu.

"The old one was queuing for rides, not queuing for tickets!" said Siti.

When she found out that she could travel to Ocean Park for free, Siti, who was traveling to Ocean Park for the first time, admitted that she was very happy. "My feelings? Masyaallah Tabarakallah, happy. When will there be free tickets! The opportunity does not come twice, we can travel with comrades in arms, "he said.

The same thing was revealed by Sukinah, who admitted that she wanted to visit all the rides in Ocean Park. However, they finally agreed to choose a vehicle with only a few queues.

“Alhamdulillah, I rode the Hair Raiser, the cable car, the tires on the waves (The Rapids), the roller coaster (The Dragon / Arctic Blast), and the swing (Whirly Bird / Flying Swing). Alhamdulillah, I am very happy, "said Sukinah.
