DDHK.ORG - Dompet Dhuafa Hong Kong (DDHK), on Sunday (6/6/2021), received a visit from the Consul of Trade of the Consulate General of the Republic of Indonesia (KJRI) Hong Kong, Iqbal Shoffan Shofwan. The presence of Consul Iqbal at the DDHK office in Causeway Bay in order to represent Consul General Ricky Suhendar, to greet and motivate volunteers or DDHK volunteers.
“Thank you for visiting Consul Iqbal from the Indonesian Consulate General in Hong Kong to greet DDHK volunteer friends. We also thank you for the support and good cooperation so far between Dompet Dhuafa and the Consulate General. We also ask for suggestions and input if on our way there are errors that need to be corrected," said the General Manager of DDHK, M. Imam Baihaqi, while giving a speech at the DDHK Team meeting with Consul Iqbal.
On that occasion, Consul Iqbal also encouraged the volunteers and conveyed information related to the IDN Store, an online shopping platform that markets Indonesian MSME products in Hong Kong. Consul Iqbal also held a dialogue and opened a consultation session regarding the issue of migrant workers in Hong Kong.
On the same occasion, Imam Baihaqi also introduced the Octopus Card with the DDHK logo. Namely, a DDHK membership card that functions as an Octoppus Card. Witnessed by Consul Iqbal, DDHK also inaugurated the inaugural launch or launching of the batik-designed membership card. [DDHKNews]
