The Prophet's Guidance on Defecation

Must know the instructions of the Prophet Muhammad

From here it can be seen the urgency of the needs of the servant who can not be bargained again to find out the instructions brought by the Prophet Muhammad. Because, there is no way to get luck except through the instructions.

The good and the bad cannot be identified in detail except from the side of the clue. Whatever the need that comes and whatever the urgency that arises, then the urgency of the servant and his need for this Apostle is much more important.

What do you think of the person whom you have been desperate to give him a hint? No one can feel this except a living heart. Because the dead no longer feel pain.

If happiness depends on the guidance of the Prophet Muhammad, then anyone who wants salvation for himself must know and know his instructions, sirah, and circumstances, so that he is free from the snares of stupid people.

In this case, there are people who get a little, get a lot, and some people don't get it at all. The bounty is only in the hands of Allah, which is given to whomever He wills.

The Prophet's guidance in defecating

If you want to enter the restroom, then he says, "O Allah, I seek refuge in You from dirt and all things that are dirty (Allahumma is a'udzu bika minal hubutsi wal khobaits)." (Reported by Al Bukhari and Muslim).

When he comes out of the restroom, he says, "Your forgiveness [which I hope for] (gufronakalhamdu)."

Sometimes he cleans dirt with water, sometimes with stones, and sometimes with both. If he wanted to defecate while on a journey, he would go away from his companions, he would defecate and veil in a place of refuge. Sometimes veiled with palm fronds and sometimes with leaves.

Usually he looks for loose soil when urinating, and he urinates more sitting (squatting). Until Aisha said, "Whoever conveys a hadith to you that he urinates standing up, then do not believe it. He never urinated except by squatting." (Ditakhrij At Tirmidhi, An Nasai, and Ibn Majah with authentic isnad).

But Muslim narrates in his Sahih, from the hadith Hudzaifah, that he once urinated standing up. There are those who argue, urinating standing up is intended as a permissibility. Some argue, he did it because he was afraid the animal's bridle was loose.

Some argue, it was done because of the healing process of illness. Arabs used to cure urinary difficulties by standing. That's what Asy Shafi'i said.

The truth is, he did it because to avoid splashing urine that might hit him, if he did it by squatting. So the only way to avoid it is to pee standing up.

He once came out of the restroom, while reading the Qur'an. He cleans dirt, with water and stones with his left hand. He just cleaned it 3 times and never felt anxious.
