A total of 21 migrant workers are participants in the 45th basic level Sewing Class. They have been learning to sew for 3 and 4 months, paying a tuition fee of HK$700.

Some study every Sunday, as many as 12 meetings. Each meeting is 2 hours.

Others study every 2 weeks, with 8 meetings. Each meeting is 3 hours.

"The sign is that they deserve to be declared passed, for this basic level class, they can certainly make a robe with a basic model," said Naning.

The DDHK Migrant Institute provides 4 teachers. In addition to basic level classes, there are also skilled level classes and advanced level classes.
